I am a Postgraduate Researcher at Leeds University Business School. I have several years of management experience in the retail industry and previously worked as both a Brand Manager and Product Manager, contributing to digital transformation in retail businesses through digital retail development, product strategy, and user research.

Research Assistant (Design & Research Group)
During my master’s study, I participated in the “Smart Trolley” project, which explored the design of a smart shopping assistant system to improve grocery shopping experiences through digital technologies. My work involved user research and interaction design for digital service systems.
Research interests
My research focuses on technology-driven digital transformation and its impacts on stakeholders in digital platforms, particularly how digital technologies reshape collaboration, participation, and value creation in online environments.
