I am a Postgraduate Researcher at Leeds University Business School. I joined the management department in October 2023.

I have many years of management experience in the retail industry and worked as a product manager to develop digital retail businesses.

Research experience：

"Smart Trolley" application development project

Research Assistant (Design & Research Group)

While studying for my master’s I was involved in a ‘Smart Trolley’ project at the University of Southampton.

Research interests

I focus on technology-driven digital transformation and stakeholder impact aspects such as digital labor difference, online environment collaboration and knowledge sharing, value co-creation from software platforms, and phenomena such as the digital divide.
