I am a postgraduate researcher in the International Business Department at Leeds University Business School. My research interests include firms' international experience, entry strategy, and performance, and my studies are funded by the departmental scholarship from the IB Department.

My research focuses on the heterogeneity of firms' international experience and its relationship with firms' foreign market entry strategies, entry mode strategies, and subsidiary survival.
