Profile
Keolebogile commenced her Phd in the Accounting and Finance Department in November 2020. She holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Southampton and a BA in Accounting from the University of Botswana. She is also an affiliate member on the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Keolebogile’s main research interest is how investor behaviour influences asset prices. Prior work in this field focused on how investor sentiment affects the aftermarket performance of privatised IPOs.
Current research explores behavioural influences on fund flows in the context of ESG and sustainability investing. Keolebogile is also interested in uncovering the influences of institutional investors and has an interest to extend the work to SWFs.
Prior to joining CASIF, Keolebogile worked in the middle office of the Financial Markets Department for the Central Bank of Botswana, as a Portfolio Risk Analyst.
