No. 1 for Accounting and Finance in Good University Guide 2020
The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2020 has placed Leeds University Business School 1st in the UK for Accounting and Finance and top 10 for Business Studies and Economics.
- 1st for Accounting and Finance
- 6th for Business Studies
- 8th for Economics.
The results published on 22 September are made up of nine indicators including student satisfaction with teaching quality and student experience, research quality and graduate prospects.
Reflecting on the success Professor Julia Bennell, Deputy Dean, said:
We are delighted to be ranked number one for Accounting and Finance, along with such strong league table positions for Business Studies and Economics. Beyond the classroom the Business School has a comprehensive employability agenda, giving students the opportunity to build professional skills through work placements, mentoring, business networking or overseas study. These results reflect the excellent overall student experience here at Leeds.
