Human Resource Management students impress in annual Team Challenge
Students from our MA Human Resource Management and MSc Data Analytics and Human Resource Management programmes demonstrated their teamwork skills during the annual Team Challenge held in October.
The event saw student teams collaborate to design a product and pitch it to a panel of guest judges. This year’s judges were experienced business professionals from our Leaders in Residence network, Lisa Florit and George Dobbins.
We would like to thank Lisa and George for generously sharing their time, feedback and encouragement with our students.
Marianne Savory, Module Leader and Director of Student Experience and Opportunities at Leeds University Business School, highlighted its role in enhancing student confidence and employability:
The Team Challenge is a fantastic opportunity for students to apply their learning in a dynamic, supportive environment. It’s always inspiring to see their creativity and professionalism in action, and to watch them have so much fun with the task!
The challenge continues to be a cornerstone of experiential learning module within the Human Resource Management post graduate programmes, developing students' skills and preparing them for the collaborative demands of the workplace.
Congratulations to the winning teams.
