Help to Grow in the Spotlight: A Dynamic and Inspiring Evening for SME Leaders
We are delighted to share the success of our event at Leeds University Business School, which brought together an engaged group of SME leaders and alumni from the Help to Grow: Management course.
This interactive and practical session offered attendees a unique opportunity to explore how the Help to Grow: Management Course can support the growth and development of their businesses and to encourage learning, connection, and inspiration. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy. Participants took part in a hands-on taster activity that provided real insight into the type of high-impact learning the programme delivers.
Delegates were able to hear directly from Help to Grow alumni, who shared candid and compelling stories about how the course has transformed their approach to leadership and business strategy from operational efficiencies to long-term planning.
The event was further enriched by the presence of two of our programme facilitators Rebecca Padgett Senior Teaching Fellow and Dr Richard Tunstall, University Academic Lead and Associate Professor of Enterprise.
They have both delivered content across Help to Grow: Management Course and bring specialist expertise to the programme. Their dynamic approach and practical insights added real value to the evening's interactive session and provided valuable context around the broader impact of the programme on business growth and innovation.

Key highlights of the evening were a live taster session, peer networking, an alumni panel and expert guidance where attendees learned about course eligibility, structure, and how to apply.
