In this interactive session, Dr Matthew Davis, Associate Professor, Work and Employment Relations Department, Leeds University Business School, will discuss ‘Effective hybrid working – the positive role of the office’. As we settle into a post-covid routine, strategies around hybrid working are continuing to evolve - but how do we make sure that hybrid is working effectively? And what do we need to consider to ensure hybrid working is not only right for the business, but also meaningful for employees?

The workshop will be followed by networking and refreshments.
