We are all different and preserving and leveraging that is important, both in and out of the workplace. It can make the difference between truly thriving and simply surviving. This webinar will give you tips and confidence to understand how you can make it happen for you.

Fiona McDonnell will share stories from her many different leadership roles over the past 30 years. She will challenge you to think differently about how you view your career, your success, and why it makes sense for everybody when you are able to be yourself.

About the speaker:

Fiona is an accomplished author, speaker and leader with over 30 years' experience across the consumer products industry and e-commerce marketplaces, growing household names including Kellogg’s, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Nike and McCormick and Amazon. Currently a VP at Booking.com, Fiona is responsible for the commercial operations of the accommodations business, leading the global Partner Services Organisation.

Author of Two Mirrors and a Cheetah: Think Differently, Own Your Career & Succeed by Being Yourself', Fiona knows what is required to achieve career success authentically. Fiona is an active mentor supporting iW50 as professional mentor for female entrepreneurs; a board Advisor for DIAL GLOBAL (Diverse and Inclusive Aspirational Leaders), an active fundraiser and teaching volunteer for Working Options in Education and she has become a STEM ambassador.

Fiona loves adventure and would consider herself quite international having lived and worked in Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, France and the UK. Fiona holds a masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and she earned her MBA from INSEAD Business School in both France and Singapore.
