Register here for the webinar: The rocket fuel of business success: Intersectionality, equity, diversity and inclusion

Diversity and inclusion have moved up the agenda for many organisations in recent years and are now an essential part of business strategy. Intersectionality is core to this discussion. They have moved from being seen as social justice issues/ "nice things to do", to essential practice which addresses the talent pipeline crisis, drives innovation and positively impacts the bottom line.

In this webinar, expert Debbie Forster will share key insights and what organisations can do (and *not* do) to move forward in this important area, as well as challenges and opportunities that could be addressed with collaboration between likeminded organisations. Her organisation, the Tech Talent Charter, has brought together 700+ organisations to drive progress in this space.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Zoom access information will be sent after registration, one week before, one day before and one hour before the event. If you have difficulty receiving the Zoom link, please contact alison.edmonds@thecareerfarm.com
