About this event
This discussion for Climate Week will bring together members of our University community to consider the similarities and differences between 'green' attitudes and behaviours in China and the UK, and whether Study Abroad affects our habits.
Roger Tyers from Nottingham University will join us to introduce his recent research paper, 'Barriers to enduring pro-environmental behaviour change among Chinese students returning home from the UK: a social practice perspective'.
A panel of students and alumni from China and the UK will respond to key themes raised and we will encourage interaction from the audience via polls and chat. We hope everyone will leave this conversation with a deeper understanding of our similarities and differences and how we can work together to make a positive impact both in China and the UK.
