Food waste webinar

In honour of Food Waste Action Week, the Business School is holding a food waste workshop. In less than an hour, you will learn how to shop, cook and store food more sustainably and responsibly.

Have you ever cooked too much food and thrown out the rest? If yes, nearly a quarter of Scottish students have done the same (Acheson, 2019). Yet properly storing food for later could save you a lot of money.
