About this Event
Based on case studies of three organisations in China that all survive and thrive during the COVID-19 outbreak, this webinar examines how organisations build organisational resilience facing the crisis, and proposes a three-stage model in organisational resilience building, that is, crises cognition, proactive actions and confidence recovery.
There will also be the opportunity to take part in the discussion, sharing your views on the issues currently affecting business leaders today.
