More about Ian Ward

Born and raised in Leeds, Ian has been in London with People First Recruitment since 1999, where he was originally focused on European language jobs before seeing a gap in the market and setting up People First Team China to focus on the growing number of Chinese companies expanding to the UK. Now, as Sales Director, his role is more wide ranging but he is still most closely involved with Team China and the ever-widening client base that needs Mandarin speakers.
