What are the changes in policy and practice that will result from the UK leaving the EU in the field of work and employment?

This is a unique event for those in businesses and/or supporting businesses and workers as they navigate the changes taking place to employment and migration policy and their implication for HR practice as a result of the incoming exit of the UK from the European Union. Drawing on the work of academics at Leeds University Business School with key regional partners, this event provides an opportunity for knowledge exchange as well as aforum for practitioners supporting employers and workers (or would be workers) to navigate this changing terrain. The session will include a mix of expert panel discussion along with workshop and networking activity to share examples of policy and practice.

Who should attend?

Whether you are a HR practitioner, employment relations manager, trade union officer or migrants rights advisor, whether advising on settled status, responding to recruitment challenges, managing tensions in workplace and community relations or trying to anticipate future immigration regimes, this event will provide a unique opportunity to connect to and share practice with those facing similar challenges and seeking to influence future policy and research around this topic.
