When we are stressed we often lose our ability to live in the moment, to fall asleep at night and to engage with other people in an enjoyable and positive way. When this happens we need to take steps to address it, and yoga can be a great tool to help us.
Yoga takes a holistic approach to physical and mental health, as well as one’s wellbeing and personal growth. There are a number of studies that show that it can promote alertness, increase productivity and improve overall health.
In this webinar, Joanna MacArthur will address how we can all benefit from yoga in both our professional and personal lives.

About the speaker
Joanna is the founder of 'Wholebeing Coaching and Wellness'. A 360* approach to mind & body well-being. Looking at each individual as a multifaceted puzzle encourages a more holistic whole-person diagnosis.
The vast majority of Joanna's career has been in management and marketing of private members health and fitness clubs. Yoga has always played a part in her own fitness regime. As a competitive triathlete, it certainly enhanced the recovery time and improved focus both in training and competitions.
However, on 9/11, 2001, whilst pregnant with her son, she was caught up in the terrorist attacks at the Twin Towers. This event led to developing 'PTSD' after giving birth to her son and numerous negative health implications in the following years.
Yoga was an incredibly positive way to manage both the psychological stress and the weakened immune system. Eventually leading to her gaining a yoga teaching qualification and also attending university. Having gained a BA Hons degree in Coaching & Counselling in 2014, Joanna chose to combine these approaches with yoga and mindfulness and created Wholebeing Coaching and Wellness. Most recently expanding her business practice to host holistic yoga and coaching retreats in Venice, Italy.
