Many of us assume that choosing a new career requires deep soul-searching or a flash of inspiration. The result? We overthink our options and delay taking action.

Steve Dalton believes there's a faster, more practical approach. Rather than trying to identify the "perfect" career from the comfort of your desk, he advocates a series of quick exercises we can all use to generate ideas.
