In large organisations some conflict is inevitable: agendas clash, resources are limited, coordination and communication are hard to achieve.
However, while conflict cannot be avoided, workplace warfare and toxicity can. In this webinar, Fotini Iconomopoulos will show how a human-centred negotiation approach can build trust and connection even when tempers are running hot.
We will discuss:
- How to prepare for high-stakes, difficult interactions
- How to find the opportunities in conflict situations
- Why you need to pause and slow down decisions and reactions
- How to manage resistance, pushback and power
- How to build trust in a crisis.
Reserve your free spot now on Eventbrite to join Fotini Iconomopoulos live and gain practical tools for navigating conflict with confidence and building stronger workplace relationships.
