Business School Masters Excellence Scholarships (UK applicants)

How to apply

You will be automatically considered for a Business School Masters Excellence Scholarship when we review your application for your Masters course. You are not required to make a separate scholarship application. 

We allocate scholarships throughout the application cycle in line with our staged admissions.  

Full eligibility criteria 

Scholarships will be awarded to particularly deserving applicants to Business Masters programmes starting in 2024. These awards are open to all UK applicants. 

To be considered for the scholarship you must: 

  • Be classified as a UK student for fee purposes 

  • Have applied for an eligible Business Masters programme for 2024/25* 

  • Not be in receipt of funding from other sources that, combined with this scholarship, would equal to more than 100% of the tuition fee

  • Demonstrate an excellent academic track record, and be predicted to achieve or have achieved a Bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) or equivalent 

  • Show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities 

  • Demonstrate the potential to contribute to the social and cultural diversity of our Masters programmes and student community. 

When will I find out? 

Those who apply within stage 1, 2 or 3 and are successful in being awarded a Masters Excellence Scholarship (UK) will be notified within two weeks of the 'decision by' deadline for stage 3 (by Friday 17 May 2024). 

Applicants who apply within application stages 4 and 5 will be notified if they have been awarded an Excellence Scholarship within two weeks of the 'decision by' deadline for that stage.

*Excludes MSc Sustainable Business Leadership (online) and Executive Leadership Level 7 Apprenticeship / MSc. Applicants to this course are not eligible for the International Excellence Scholarship scheme.
