Managing Interpersonal Conflict in the Workplace

An Ideas in Practice event from Leeds University Business School in partnership with Squire Patton Boggs.

In the past two years, our work environments have been in flux in the wake of COVID-19, homeworking, online work, equality, diversity and inclusion agendas, and cultural change. These changes and the pressures they bring can threaten interpersonal relationships unless organisations and their people can navigate conflicts professionally. We were delighted to invite you to this Ideas in Practice event in collaboration with Squire Patton Boggs. We discussed with speakers from business and the public sector who relayed their own experiences on how to respond to and address these issues. They also shared practical advice on how best to manage interpersonal conflict in the workplace, drawing on insights from their leadership experience and research.
