About this Event
A growing number of organisations use design thinking to generate empathy for customers and employees, understand their problems and generate better ideas and solutions. Tony trains students and companies to use these techniques but, like many of us, he's now got a problem... The team aren't in the room, some aren't even in the same country. In this talk, we'll explore if and how design thinking can be successfully run remotely to create better solutions.

Tony Morgan is an Associate Professor in Innovation Management at the University of Leeds. His interests include innovation, innovation management and design thinking. Tony's career in industry included 20 years working at IBM in senior technology and innovation roles. He's the author of “Collaborative Innovation: How Clients and Service Providers Can Work by Design to Achieve It”.
