New speaker: Vince Dispenza
Director, Executive MBA, Leeds University Business School
Through this interactive session Vince will explore the nature of leadership from a critical perspective, addressing why we need leaders and what purpose they serve. He will link leadership to change within the organisational context, drawing upon a range of thinkers from philosophers, social theorists and leadership theorists.
There is no charge of this event but places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

About the speaker
Vince Dispenza is Director of the Executive MBA programme at Leeds University Business School.
He has been involved in developing and teaching on a number of bespoke accredited and non-accredited corporate leadership, management and organisational development programmes. His main passion has always been to encourage praxis, and to develop managers who critically reflect on the nature on management.
Vince has several years of experience in management consulting for clients in the private and public sectors in activities ranging from delivering supervisory training programmes to developing mission statements. His main areas of teaching have been Organisational Behaviour, Management Decision Making and Qualitative Research Methodologies.
Vince is an accredited 360 degree leadership development coach.
