Having a mentor will give you an obvious advantage and help you move forward in your career whatever that may be. Perhaps less obvious is the benefit of being a mentor. In this webinar, we will explore both roles, the benefits and how you can be a great mentor and/or mentee.
We are joined by a panel of mentors and mentees who will be sharing their experience and learning. We will be asking three main questions:
- How to identify and choose a mentor
- How to be a good mentee and benefit from the process
- How to be a great mentor
