Leeds University Business School invites you to an in-person taster session designed to help organisations understand how they can engage with academic expertise to address real-world business challenges. The session will showcase practical examples from research in consumer behaviour, payment systems, and supply chain management.
Through these areas, you will see how Leeds University Business School works with organisations to explore business challenges, shape research questions, and apply insights in practice. You will gain a clearer understanding of how research collaboration works, and how it can support your organisation’s priorities. You do not need a fully defined research brief to attend this session — it is designed to help you explore where research could add value. The session will feature short talks from academics working across supply chain management, analytics, and consumer behaviour. Together, these talks will explore how business decisions are shaped across value chains, from how goods move through supply networks to how customers pay and spend.This event is designed to give you a clear sense of:
