Uzoma Ukah

Uzoma Ukah is a creative director with over a decade of experience in the advertising industry. A Masters graduate of Advertising and Marketing from Leeds University Business School, he has created award-winning campaigns that have impacted culture marketing in Nigeria. Among his notable works include collaborations with brands such as LeSaffre, TotalEnergies, P&G, Life Lager, Goldberg, CaCovid, and Cadbury to mention a few.
Onyinye Louisa Dimike

Onyinye Louisa Dimike is a Strategic HR Business Intrapreneur and transformation leader with over 17+ years experience across diverse industries, including Investment Banking, Shipping & Logistics, and Financial Service Industries. Known for her grace, grit, and resilience, Onyinye has spent her career aligning people, culture, and systems to help organizations grow, not just in profit, but in purpose.
Starting off her career as an HR generalist with an investment bank, and later in a shipping and logistics company, she has consistently implemented and delivered results with HR Initiatives that enhanced the organisation’s performance, improved culture, increased satisfaction, and geared business growth. Her expertise spans through human capital management and administration with specialties in HR strategy planning and development, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, leadership development. She currently works as the Group Head, Human Resources Anchoria Capital, Nigeria, she has led key transformations focused on driving culture change, improve performance and employee engagement, and build leadership capacity with employee. Her work has helped boost workforce performance and prepare the organization for the future of work.
With a first degree in English & Literature from Abia State University, Uturu and an MA in Human Resource Management, University of Leeds, UK. Professionally, she holds memberships and certifications from CIPM, Nigeria and CIPD UK. A lifelong learner, she continues to pursue growth, recently engagement her time in impacting the next generation of HR leaders through her HR education and leadership development program.
Taiye Adeyemi

Taiye Adeyemi is a business leader and entrepreneur with a passion for solving real-world problems through innovation and technology. A graduate of Leeds University Business School, Taiye has spent the last decade leading ventures across operations, mobility, and media. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Pronto, a Nigerian ride-hailing startup on a mission to eliminate driver exploitation and bring balance to the ecosystem through a flat-fee model and drive-to-own EV solution. Taiye is also the founder of Wrapyt Media, a transit advertising company, and actively supports community-driven initiatives in Lagos. He’s excited to give back to the Leeds community and share insights on building impactful ventures in emerging markets.
Adesua Ekwale
