Elena Karali

Profile

As Faculty International Coordinator at Leeds University Business School, Elena plays a key role in advancing the School’s internationalisation strategy by leading and managing a diverse portfolio of global student education initiatives and partnerships.

Working closely with the Faculty International Manager, academic colleagues, students, and international partners, Elena supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of international student education programmes, exchange opportunities, and collaborative projects.

Her role involves managing multiple projects and processes, analysing and reporting on international engagement data, and contributing to the development of new partnerships.

With a strong focus on service excellence, cross-cultural awareness, and continuous improvement, she works flexibly across multiple projects to enhance international opportunities for Leeds University Business School students and staff while building and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders around the world.
