Rui Feng

Profile

I am a PhD student at Leeds University Business School, in the Department of Analytics, Technology and Operations. My academic path began in engineering, later included management, and now focuses on technology-driven organizational learning.

After completing my bachelor degree, I worked in industry, but I want more challenges , so I returned to my academic journey. I want to bridge technical understanding with managerial insight, contributing to a more adaptive and reflective approach to digital transformation.

Research interests

My research explores the impact of Large Language Models(LLMs) in organizational learning and knowledge creation. I am interested in how algorithmic information processing reshapes the mechanisms of learning, knowledge creation, and innovation within organizations.

Key words in my work include organization learning, knowledge creation, LLMs, absorptive capacity, learning myopia, AI in management, and innovation dynamics. Through this research, I seek to understand how organizations can integrate AI tools in ways that enhance - rather than narrow – human learning and creativity.
