Since leaving Leeds, Dr. Bernard Mnzava has joined the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Tanzania, where he is currently a Senior Lecturer and the Head of the External Linkage Department. Previously, he was the Head of the Students Records & Statistics Department, as well as the Customer Care Department at IFM. Throughout his career, he has provided consultancy services in finance and business-related subjects to public and private institutions. At present, Bernard sits on the Board of Directors of Bank of India Tanzania Limited (BOITL) and is the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Dar es Salaam City Council. Additionally, he is part of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Finance and Business Studies (JFBS).
