This free online professional development webinar hosted by career experts Career Farm is open to Leeds alumni, students and staff members.
An interactive meta-learning experience covering such topics as: the role of the manager; sustainability in learning; organisational culture; intentionality of design; noticing people and patterns; digital body language; and the influence of Organisation Development and Human Resources.
Michelle Parry-Slater will show you what it would be like if your organisation had a true learning culture which was effective in a remote or hybrid working environment. You will be involved in this conversation on an individual level yet also feel part of a team. Isn't that the dream for everyone working remotely? This will be a lively session sharing stories and frameworks which you can take away and use straight away.
