Key Learnings to how Digital is Transforming Industries, Business Models and Innovation Processes

Digital transformation in the Automotive Industry is defined around 6 key pillars of Digital supply chain, Industry Internet of Things (IIoT), Digital retailing & customer UX, Connected and Autonomous cars, Mobility as a Service and Digital Enterprise.

The shift to digital within the Industry is ushering in new business models, new products & services and creating new innovation processes to develop new innovations, manage the huge industry supply chain and at the same time transition the car into a Mobility as a Service IoT platform. The industry is responding well in developing new Digital KPIs to measure its performance and compete with new players entering its market from the Silicon Valley.

This talk by a well known Industry thought leader and Leeds University Business School alumnus will focus on providing practical case studies and examples of how some of the learnings can be adopted within your Industry/career.
