Some conflict at work is inevitable: agendas clash, resources are limited, economic pressures bear down.

However, while conflict cannot be avoided, workplace warfare and toxicity can. In this webinar, Fotini Iconomopoulos will show how a human-centred negotiation approach turns heated interactions into trust and connection.

When pressure mounts, it’s tempting to grab at the “obvious solution.” But forcing a fait accompli almost always backfires – eroding trust and increasing resistance.

A smarter approach is to pause, slow down early decisions, and communicate with stakeholders deliberately. As Fotini will demonstrate, treating conflict as a negotiation opportunity not only improves outcomes but also builds stronger relationships and faster solutions.

We will discuss:

  • How to find the opportunities in conflict situations
  • How to brainstorm solutions (even as tempers run hot)
  • How to manage resistance, pushback and power
  • How to build trust in a crisis
  • How to prepare for high-stakes, difficult interactions

Reserve your free spot now on Eventbrite to join Fotini Iconomopoulos live and gain practical tools for navigating conflict with confidence and building stronger workplace relationships.
