Andrea Edmondson is an expert on how stress impacts our wellbeing in helpful and harmful ways, having spent thousands of hours researching and training around this topic. With Masters qualifications from London and Glasgow, Andrea has implemented her expertise as a coach and trainer in the UK and the US for over 30 years. As an expert in self-regulation and Neurobiology, Andrea knows how the brain and body respond to the huge number of stressors in the modern world and empowers individuals to make the changes that can impact their wellbeing and performance.
