Profile

I am a Chartered Organizational Psychologist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow specializing in occupational stress, well-being and mental health. My work focuses on how these phenomena occur over time. I have a particular passion for developing evidence-based strategies to improve well-being while raising awareness of mental health and psychology more broadly. I hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Leeds, where I won the award for most outstanding PhD/contribution to the discipline. I also received the prestigious Grigor McClelland Award for the best PhD in the field globally in 2024, and was shortlisted as a candidate for Forbes 30 under 30 Europe in the Science & Healthcare category. My PhD research partnered with the NHS and has been widely disseminated in both national and international press, including The Guardian, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, and iNews, as well as in print, online, and televised in Germany, India, and Nigeria. My work has been presented at worldwide conferences, TEDx talks and various other platforms. Additionally, it has become Google's featured snippet for search terms related to junior doctors and stress and was published by UK parliament.
