Profile
Dr Linhao Fang has a background in Information Systems. He received his PhD from the University of Sheffield, where his doctoral thesis explored how e-learning systems afford students' self-regulated learning.
Linhao has contributed to a variety of research projects, many of which are of an interdisciplinary nature. His work involves collaborations with academics from diverse fields, including Organisational Studies, Organisational Psychology and Consumer Psychology.

Linhao has a wide range of research interests, including Technology-Mediated Communication, Generative AI and New Ways of Working. His interdisciplinary approach allows him to explore the complex relationship between technology and human behaviour within organizational contexts.
