Experience
I work directly with entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises (SME) in Thailand. My job is related to consultants and giving suggestions for solving problems and finding the best solutions in their businesses. SME is the significant section of Thai economy. Currently, Thai SME has adequate potential and capability to compete with other competitors internally and internationally. I am exploring an innovation to apply for improving their businesses. This will help them to expand their businesses globally and gain more benefits.

Thesis Synopsis
The research focuses on Innovation-Decision Process. The key point is how SMEs adopt and apply innovation successfully. How did SMEs prepare before they adopt innovation in terms of knowledge, skills and other preparations? The contribution of this research is searching more evidences to support the Innovation-Decision Process Theory or Communication Channels Theory by Rogers E. The researcher hope to help entrepreneurs to provide some ideas how to use social media as one of innovation tools successfully and how to maintain it efficiently. This is a pure qualitati research which colledted all data from Thai businesses in Thailand by interviewing in person. It focused on Thai SMEs particularly Creative Industry and Logistics Company.
