Research interests
Labour Market Dynamics: Investigating workforce participation in artistic labour markets, and structural changes within labour markets, particularly within creative industries. Analyzing factors influencing employment patterns, studying the unique characteristics and challenges of artistic labour markets, including the role of learning and development, and networking, in facilitating participation and success in creative careers.
Alternative Work Arrangements: Exploring the rise of alternative work arrangements, including freelancing, gig work, and remote employment, within creative fields.
Creative Work and Innovation: Investigating the relationship between creative work, innovation, and economic development.
Women in Creative Work: Focusing on gender dynamics within creative industries, including barriers to entry, representation, and advancement for women in creative professions.
