LUBS finalist in British Council Study UK alumni awards, Korea

Alumnus Yi Hyun Choi (MA Corporate Communications and Public Relations, 2012) has been recognised for his achievements since leaving Leeds, as he was selected as a finalist of the Social Action award.

These prestigious international awards celebrate UK higher education and the achievements of UK alumni all over the world. Now in its eighth year, international UK alumni applied from more than 100 countries, representing more than 140 UK higher education institutions across the UK.

The finalists were chosen from more than 1,500 applicants from around the world, for their outstanding achievements as business professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders, and for their important contribution to strengthening collaborative ties between the UK and Korea. The award winners for Korea will be announced at a ceremony on 24 February 2022.

Yi Hyun Choi, founder and CEO of CONTINEW, is recognised in the social action category, which awards those alumni who have made an exceptional contribution and commitment to creating positive social change and improving the lives of others.
