Research interests

My current research interests are focused mainly on organisational dynamics, in particular effecting change interventions in complex organisational systems.  I am currently working on two projects; one exploring self-consciousness as a factor in effective change agency in a consultancy context and secondly, drawing on McAdams work on social movements, using educational case studies to explore the potential for local change initiatives to achieve wider systems change.

Challenging the Curriculum?  The lessons of Post Crash Economics for the effectiveness of grass roots change in the design and delivery of UG Economics courses.
