Since leaving Leeds, Dr Oluwatoyin Dosumu has joined the Alliance Manchester Business School, where she currently holds a position as Lecturer in Accounting and Finance.  Her research focuses on corporate governance and IPOs' performance, which has been published in prestiguous journals. Additionally, she dedicates time and research to the mentorship of Black and Mixed-Black heritage students.
