Description
This project was commissioned by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), to the Oakland Institute for Business Research and Education. The Centre for Operations and Supply Chain Research (COSCR) was involved from an academic research perspective.
The project aimed to define “Quality 4.0 and the Future of Assurance”, considering the use of digital and advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc., by organisations, and the transformation in quality management required.
Research overview
We conducted a systematic literature review and interviews and created case studies to define Quality 4.0 and the Future of Assurance.
