Dr Vedran Lesic is an early career researcher based in the Centre for Decision Research (CDR). Vedran's research project 'Improving consumers’ perceptions of their electricity use' (together with Dr Matthew Davis) was funded by the Seedcorn Fund: awarded by Leeds University Business School (June, 2015).

Dr Vedran Lesic discusses the findings of his PhD, investigating how consumers perceive their energy usage within the home.

The contributors of this project were an interdisciplinary team of researchers, consisting of Professor Wändi Bruine de Bruin (CDR), Dr Matthew Davis (Socio-Technical Centre), Professor Inês Azevedo (Carnegie Mellon University) and Assistant Research Professor Tamar Krishnamurti (Carnegie Mellon University). The team incorporated methods from behavioural decision research, psychology, engineering and public policy.

Vedran also recorded a video about his experiences of undertaking a PhD at the Leeds University Business School.
