Dr Matthew Davis is an Associate Professor at Leeds University Business School, a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. His research centres on how people interact with their environments, the impact of different office designs and how businesses engage in CSR, particularly to address sustainability and modern slavery. Dr Helen Hughes is an Associate Professor at Leeds University Business School and the Programme Director for the British Psychological Society accredited MSc in Organisational Psychology. She leads the Faculty-wide ‘Year in Industry’ module, taken by students who take the industrial placement year during their undergraduate studies in the Business School. Her research areas include the ways that social interactions influence and shape jobs and careers, and new ways of working, job design, job crafting and work organisation.
