What food choices should we be making to try and reduce our carbon footprint? In this episode of the Research and Innovation Podcast, Dr Astrid Kause and Professor Wändi Bruine de Bruin discuss their recent study which found that even consumers who are engaged with environmental issues are often ill-informed and don’t make the most effective choices when it comes to reducing the climate impact of our food.
