I am a Postgraduate Researcher at Leeds University Business School, specialising in the Department of Work and Employment Relations. I joined the school in October 2023, and my position is funded by the Department of Work and Employment.
My doctoral research aims to fill a knowledge gap by examining PSM in the Chinese welfare services sector using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative data.
Before joining the University of Leeds, I earned my Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Glasgow.
