Profile
Jieruo Zhang is a postgraduate researcher (PhD student) at the People, Work and Employment Department, Leeds University Business School (LUBS). She started on October 1, 2025, and was funded by LUBS.
Her current research mainly focuses on the socio-technical power dynamics in the Chinese agricultural live-streaming industry, as well as how these power relations impact agricultural business, rural societies, and farmers from a spatio-temporal perspective.
