Stefan is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Marketing at Leeds University Business School. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Graz, Austria, where he also earned his BSc and MSc in Business Administration. Before joining Leeds University Business School, Stefan was a Research Associate and Lecturer for Innovation Management and Marketing Research at the Department of Marketing of the University of Graz.
Stefan’s research interests centre on marketing strategy, the governance of interfirm relationships, and international marketing channels. Currently, his primary focus is on international marketing channel management by multinational corporations and buyer-supplier relationships. Further areas of interest include business model design and other domains of marketing strategy. His research has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Business Research.
