My research mainly focuses on the experience of working with informal caregivers of older people. I am also interested in topics related to wider work-life balance, ageing workplace, and employees well-being.

• PhD in Work Psychology, University of Sheffield
• Master of Social Science in Applied Psychology, City University of Hong Kong
• Bachelor of Economics & Finance, The University of Hong Kong

Student education

I have teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including module leadership at the undergraduate level. I also supervise dissertation of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
