Research interests
My research focuses on senior entrepreneurs who engage in entrepreneurial activities. The reason for this is that the world has transformed into an ageing society. I aim to study the motivations of senior entrepreneurs and how they develop their dynamic managerial capabilities, particularly the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Thailand.
