Profile
I am an experienced higher‑education professional with a strong track record in departmental administration, student support, and undergraduate admissions. Across my roles, I’ve built a reputation for being approachable, efficient, and solutions‑focused—helping departments run smoothly while ensuring students and applicants receive an excellent experience. In my work as a Department Administrator, I coordinate key academic and operational processes, manage communications, support staff and faculty, and maintain the effective day‑to‑day running of the department. I excel at providing high‑quality support to colleagues at all levels. In my previous role as a Student Support Officer, I was committed to helping students thrive, offering guidance on well-being, academic processes, and university policies. I handled sensitive situations with empathy and discretion, ensuring students felt heard, supported, and able to access the right resources at the right time. I was also the Disability Contact and piloted a new student led well-being scheme in The School. In my previous role as an Undergraduate Admissions Officer, I managed application pipelines, evaluated prospective student submissions, and contributed to fair and transparent decision‑making. I worked closely with academic teams and central admissions to deliver an efficient, applicant‑focused admissions process from inquiry through to enrollment. I am passionate about improving the student journey, strengthening administrative operations, and fostering a positive, inclusive academic environment. I bring professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to every aspect of my work.
