Greece alumni enjoy resilience in the workplace workshop
Lynn Pattison, Senior Teaching Fellow at Leeds University Business School hosted our latest alumni event in Athens in March.
Lynn’s workshop entitled ‘Resilience in the workplace – A key to success?’ explored the concept of resilience, why it can be an important quality to develop in your career, and offered advice on how to develop resilience in the workplace. The topic was a particular ‘hot topic’ in Greece, and proved very popular with our alumni.
The event was also an opportunity for prospective students to connect with alumni and valuable advice about Leeds was shared.
After the workshop, graduates enjoyed networking and refreshments. It was a great opportunity for our alumni to reconnect with fellow alumni, and we were delighted to connect a mentor and mentee from the Marketing Connections Mentor scheme for the first time.
