I joined LUBS in 2014. I focus on Taught Postgraduate Students though I teach and tutor at all levels. I am the Programme Director for MSc Management. My PhD research focuses on personal goals, the ending of commitment to goals, enforced goal change, and the effect of AI introduction on work identity.

Student education

I am the MSc Management programme director. In addition to this, I lead a large PG-level professional practice module, a large Management PG dissertation module, and I also teach across a variety of different modules, mainly those with an OB focus.  
I supervise both UG & PG Dissertations, particularly those focused on Organizational Behaviour using quantitative methods.
